Not feeling the love from the body today. Tired, sore and grumpy these are all good signs that my today may be a good day to take a day off training. That and the fact that I have just done finished 7 days straight of training and I have a young 22 year old training partner trying his hardest to catch me. A good nap after work, some pizza for a cheat dinner and an early night.... just what the doctor ordered
