Not satisfied with Indian Motorcycles copy and paste response to the situation. NO ONE from Indian has even attempted to contact me personally... Seems to me instead of offering an apology they are just trying to pass the blame down the line. All parties are at fault here. The Ad Agency that pitched the song and didnt ask my approval. Sony for licensing the song out without my permission and deciding on such a pathetic payout. Indian Motorcycle for using a song without my permission and not double checking to make such it was legit to use. This kind of corporate greed and mistreatment of artists needs to stop and I will continue to speak out against this! In the end Indian is responsible for not performing due diligence. Call Polaris Chairman Gregory R. Palen at 763-542-0500 and tell him that ripping off a 60s music icon is very uncool.
