Nothing frustrates me more than when doctors have no understanding of the natural male anatomy and the development of the prepuce (foreskin). Infants and children can NOT HAVE PHIMOSIS! A babys foreskin is FUSED to the glans (head) of the penis. Its like that for a REASON. Its not SUPPOSED to be able to retract yet! The Foreskin is there for a REASON! The foreskin is NOT to be retracted in a baby boy! The only problems you hear about in intact male is due to forced premature retraction. I used to work for a childrens hospital and it absolutely disgusted me seeing Phimosis and Foreskin as a diagnosis. Not to mention their website about Infant circumcision is full of myths and cant even tell you anything about the functions of the foreskin. The Organ that is SUPPOSED to be there. I post this stuff because many moms have no idea and are constantly lied to by doctors that are after a paycheck, who forgot about their oath to first do no harm, and the ignorance of the human body!
