"Notice of Proposed Development" signs Why were these signs ever - TopicsExpress

"Notice of Proposed Development" signs Why were these signs ever taken down? Why aren’t these signs in a more visible location? There are two “Sunderland Tree Service” banners on the fence that the notices are on, which are clearly visible from both directions of Big Basin Way; why aren’t the notices located under them? * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Violation of County Code In regards to the mock-up pole and “Notice of Proposed Development” signs. County Code 13.10.662 section D clearly states and I quote “For proposed new telecommunications towers the applicant will be required to raise a temporary mast at the maximum height and at the location of the proposed tower. At minimum, the on-site demonstration structure shall be in place prior to the first public hearing to consider project approval, on at least two weekend days and two weekdays between the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, for a minimum of 10 hours each day.” The mockup pole went up Sunday July 14th after church in the early afternoon, fulfilling at best only 5 of the required 20 weekend hours. County Code 13.10.662 section D also clearly states and I quote “A project description, including photo simulations of the proposed facility, shall be posted at the proposed project site for the duration of the mock-up display.” The “Notice of Proposed Development” signs along with images were up when the mock-up was erected. They were not in a highly visible spot, the most visible sign was where cars could park in front of it. I pointed this out at the hearing on July 19th. The signs were taken down on Saturday July 20th, they were not put back up until August 4th. When they were put back up they both were where vehicles could park in front of them and currently there are vehicles parked in front of one of the signs in such a way that you have to squeeze between the one truck and the fence to even read the sign. It should also be noted that these same trucks have been parked there for over a week, meaning they were parked there when the signs were put back up and appear to be part of Chris Currier’s business. Neither sign is currently visible from Big Basin Way.
