November 13, 2013 Ladies - I wanted to remind you of our meeting on Monday, November 18, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at Charlies Chicken. Grove City Manager, Bill Keefer, will be our speaker. Please try to arrive around 11:00 a.m. in order to get through the line for lunch and enjoy some visiting time before the meeting. Linda Smith with Abundant Blessings Pregnancy Center will also share a few words with us that day. We have several matters to discuss at Mondays meeting, so please make an effort to be there and be sure to bring a friend. We are also asking that you bring a non-perishable food item for donation to the Christian Help Center. A monetary donation is also acceptable, if you so choose. The minutes from the October meeting are attached for your review. We will be voting on a slate of officers for the coming year and nominations may be made for the floor for anyone interested in an officer position. In addition, we will be discussing and voting on the forms presented by the Scholarship Committee (Application Criteria and Application Form, both attached) in connection with scholarship(s) to be awarded in the spring. Finally, it is time again to start thinking about dues. The dues for 2014 are not officially due until January 2014; but if any of you would like to make your dues payment now, that would be fine. If you would like to mail a check, please make it payable to Delaware County Republican Women in the amount of $25.00 and mail to: Elaine Nickelson 59300 East 293 Road Grove, OK 74344 Remember, the $25.00 pays your members to our local group, the Oklahoma Federation of Republican Women and the National Federation of Republican Women.
