November 27m 2013 (EVANSTON, Ill.) -- Police recovered more than $4,100 and 85 grams of cannabis during a traffic stop in north suburban Evanston Monday. Sergio R. Papillon, 29, the 1700 block of Greenleaf Street in Evanston, was pulled over for a traffic violation about 9:20 p.m. Monday near Greenleaf Street and Asbury Avenue, according to a release from Evanston police Cmdr. Jay Parrott. Police say Papillon was carrying 85 grams of cannabis and more than $4,100 of drug money in the vehicle, the release said. Papillon was charged with felony counts of cannabis possession and intent to delvier cannabis,
