Now I am out of Tesco I can now say what I like TESCO gravesend you have done me wrong worked there 4 years Challenge trading standards they said I was aggressive two wards them had police on my side to state this did not happen t/s would not give a statement when I asked management believed them over the police and my self also I challenged a person for taking photos of children I had town Radio and asked for CCTV to be kept on me at all time the person said that I assaulted him again TESCO rainham store manager believed him over town radio and CCTV room I was a t/l at the gravesend store I was being done for Gross misconduct and should have been suspended why they investigated the matter but the gravesend store manager said that I was not a threat to TESCO so no need to suspend me had disciplinary and was demoted to a g/a rainham store manager told me if I was just a g/a I would have been sacked as asdaw what did you do did not even look at the file did not even prepare for it just sat there went out sick with depression over it all when asked for transfer was told would try but because of your attendance record don.t think anyone will take you now let me tell you you cannot bring or use any of your attendance record when asking for a transfer to another store it you where wrong to say that attendance record would affect a transfer so I would like to say TESCO gravesend was the worst place anyone could work at get rid of the management that have brought that shop and staff to its knees and get someone like Rebecca that can bring the shop back up and treats staff with respect and not just a number . Thank you all who have supported me over this but TESCO treated me like I was just a bit of something under their shoe it now time to take them on we have gone legal see you soon TESCO
