Now, I need serious advice, my neighbor down the street is totally mental, PTS...thinks cars are following him, thinks his house is bugged, I started to walk my dog across the field just so I wouldnt have to see him, he has cameras outside his house and watches who goes by and comes running out when Jilly and I walk by, he is well known in this area , and people are freaked out by him, so Im walking Jilly across the field, when whos car pulls up, but him, he is claiming once again that the car behind him is following him....he had me talking for over 45 minutes, I just wanted to get away....finally, I do, only to have him come to my house (this is the 3rd) time in five years....telling me all these cars are following him...and when I left atleast 4 trucks flashed their lights at him....Im thinking they are telling you to put your lights on, but he is so paranoid...he thinks its a conspiracy against him......he is really scaring me.....I dont want to complain to the office, cause I think he will figure out it was me....he has spoken of shooting up the village...he is a Vietman Vet who Im sure saw many horrors.....he is so gone......Im a wreck tonight, my heart is pounding and I just want to move out of here.......should I tell the office or just let it go? I dont want him to know it was me.....I really think he will kill me
