Now she was caught shoplifting/stealing and for that she was being detained, but then the peace officer who already had his alleged thief subdued, decided he would turn into an enforcement officer and abuse the lady brutally, in front of her baby, and i assume the manager and security of the store. Clearly its an abuse of power, and people you are paying their salaries, yet they dont see or feel that way. If a person is guilty, and you catch him, then you should indict that person, but thats not whats going on here, its BULLYING but they calling it doing their job? But will arrest another man or woman for doing the same thing to their significant other. Well one thing I can say in this video, the chief made no excuses for their behavior... Now the correct thing would be to do is fire them, and get them some counseling, the same you do with anyone else.
