Now that all my shows for 2014 are over, Im finding it quite difficult to stay on track with food. Add to that the fact that I cant train upper body due to injury and you have yourself a grumpy bunny with an expanding bottom line...if you get my meaning. Well, Ive been thinking about this for the last few days and I have decided to just spend my holidays chilling out. Ive trained legs twice this week, done 3 cardio sessions, and Ive been beating myself up that I havnt trained enough. Thinking about it today - even top level athletes have down weeks. So rather than worrying about whether Im putting on a few pounds by having a treat with a cuppa in the evenings, Im going to enjoy my hols and spend my time making a plan for the next 6 months.
