Now that all the pomp and circumstance of courting new management is finally over, the Jets can begin the most important process: Procuring talent for a threadbare roster. Okay new GM go get us some guys who can run and tackle and not throw 3 interceptions before the first quarter expires (see Geno Smith, week 8 against Buffalo). Then let the new coach put those players in the correct positions to succeed. We dont need to see Antonio Allen at corner any more (keep him, though-hes a good football player). Until we see how the free agent transactions and draft picks pan out its all a mystery. The good news is, the consensus is Woody Johnson consulted the right men who helped him pick competent football people who can spot talent and not hide the key to the cash register.
