Now that things are starting to settle down, I am ready for my eating habits to settle down as well. I feel awful. During the past couple of weeks, when I eat wheat or gluten my stomach cramps and I get heartburn. I am back to being tired and feeling like a rain cloud is following my head. Gluten Intolerant? I think so... I am ready to meal plan and get back on track with Paleo/Grain free eating. Bye bye rain cloud! :)
