Now ya know peoples how much I love these kettlebells! I used to knock them as over-rated dumb bells with a handle. However, Ive come to love their versatility and ease of handling. For example, here are a few basic exercises with the addition of a kettlebell to add even more bang for your buck! Lunges with a KB under-weave forces you to go lower! Lunges with a core rotation - what can I say - hips, thighs, bum, waste-line, tummy and back muscles will love you for it. KB swings - attack those lower body muscles again - especially when you squeeze that booty (I gotsa big booty so I have to squeeze hard!). Squats with upward KB row - fabulous for lower and upper body. Dont get stuck on boring one dimensional workouts or endless hours of cardio. We dont move like robots so why train like one when you can intelligently and efficiently train numerous muscle groups and joints at the same time. You dont need to run all over the place like a headless chook either just to get a sweat and a puff to justify a workout. Do a couple of sets of these and youll be huffing and puffing and wiping the sweat beads from every crevice! Love love love it!
