Now you have started moving young bankers Just after Saransh Srivastava gave call for organising state level units, messages start pouring in from Maharastra, Gujrat, Aasaam, Bengal, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and so on. Its encouraging response, many of you coming forward willingly to take on responsibility. Let me advice you how to move: (1) Facebook and whatsapp are not the real world. Use them for introducing yourself, planning and discussing difficulties. Try to build state wise group to discuss how to spread. (2) Move out in small groups after finishing your bank work to visit one or two branches of the banks near your place of work. Meet members and talk about We Bankers. (3) Regularly update your data of persons you have met and share it with those working with you. (4) Concentrate on objective and efforts not on post. Posts will follow you later when you will display your potential and skills in working. Posts are not important than your work. (5) Conduct small meetings in any park or branch of a bank when you feel that you have enough numbers. The moment you feel that you have an strength of 50-100 bankers. Think of holding demonstration to press your demands. (6) Make press releases for local newspapers. (7) Avoid making long term plans. In the beginning, fixing short term plan work better. Plan day wise targets, achieve them to decide next day target. (8) When you achieve target for the day to find a person like you, efforts and targets for the next day gets doubled. This way you multiply your efforts. Start working now. Soon you will find that what you were thinking as too difficult is not really that much. As and when people with different qualities start joining you and you start sharing responsibilities as per their liking, it start becoming easier. March Forward ! March Forward !!
