Nurses Education would like to Introduce: OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) Preparatory Course 6 Day Course Duration: 6 days Day 1: Lectures (Introduction, practice standards and guidelines) Day 2: Lectures (Review of systems, physical and mental assessment) Day 3: Lecture (Review of systems, physical and mental assessment) Day 4: Case Scenario Day (Practice) this is where the instructor will give students scenarios and will actually act the scenarios assigned. Instructors will be giving verbal and written feed backs after the damatization. Day 5: Guided OSCE - Station practicing with instructor guiding each studens Day 6: True OSCE - final clinical exam with the examiner marking your actual performance, based on the standard criteria of Canadian nursing practice. June 17 - 21 and June 23 , 2013 (Monday to Friday and the following Sunday) Classes from 9:30 - 5:00
