Nurturing the young talent: They all discuss about the behavior of young people. Young people, both publicly and in private, behave in a not acceptable manner.We find lot many things to be corrected in their behavior and thinking. We find them talented but not equipped with the hard home work. We find themselves moving in to a wrong direction, wasting their talents. The question of " what to do " is very common but " who shall do " is a question less asked and never attended. The showing of the right direction, importance of home work is whose responsibility ? Many a time I meet such young ones with talent but not focused. It is very natural at their age. They hardly sit back to be well equipped and perform at their best. They are happy with what ever little they get in return. Till an age, it is all for fun, but after certain age, it is a way of getting best out of it, and at that time the habit of taking things casually cost you a lot . Nurturing a young one is the responsibility of all. Ideally society shall provide them a platform for it. But, it is better to start it at home. Parents own a great responsibility. As they and / or their child will be enjoying the good sweet fruits of it, it is their basic and primary duty. Parents shall spend some time with open mind in observing them ..and then assessing them with honesty. If parents do not have such talent to assess, they shall take help of some knowledgeable person, but they must have time for their child. When I see or meet a young talented person performing, I feel very proud about two things...either the parents have given the child proper atmosphere or the child has found it on its own..and in both the cases , society gains. It is exceptionally good if a child finds its way on its own...but it is rare, generally, parents are behind the success of the child. Parents may not have a back ground of it, or even the economical strength for it, their love, care and affection plays greater part in the nurturing of a child. That is what to be parent is.
