(¯`O´¯) ANGEL....a dainty little gal with a heart of gold.. *./ | \*. * *./ | \ .* ¸. A volunteer writes: Angel is an older lady with eyebrows that make her look sort of sad. When I first met her, it seemed that her looks werent deceiving. She was a bit nervous and lost. She was in the gentle and dainty playgroup with the shy dogs and smaller dogs. She didnt interact much with them and just looked outside of the pen. After a little bit, she wagged her tail and solicited affection from a staff member. When I took her for a walk she relieved herself immediately; she keeps her cage clean, so is likely housebroken. Angel really perked up when I gave her treats. She jumps up for them, but will also sit and give her paws! Food makes her tail wag and also seems to be an ice breaker for her! While she was always friendly, now Angel was much happier at my side! She loves to be pet and is full of life. When she found a patch of grass with a special smell she rolled around in it on her back - the simple things bring her such joy! Angel is so attentive, well mannered and sweet...she definitely lives up to her name and deserves her very own angel!
