It features a very large backyard, new kitchen appliances, 2.5 bathrooms (bathrooms are small but still two full baths!, half bath located in the basement), hardwood floors, a video-security intercom system, and theres extra storage space for bikes. About the living situation: Ill be living in the bedroom in the front of the apartment and there are 2 other roommates who share the basement/lower level of the place. They have a separate entrance to the basement, but will occasionally share use of the kitchen and use of one of the bathrooms to shower --theyll mainly use the half bath in basement. Were all musicians and hold part-time gigs to pay the bills --Im in the service industry and the others work in education and event production.
