A train at 168th just 7 blocks away. 1 train at 157th. -Living with me and my significant other. Both actors and laid back. He works in real estate by day. I am a health coach and work primarily from home in our office. We have a small dog Bingley who will love nothing more than to love on you. We love a family style environment. We say good morning in the kitchen and make each other coffee. Its a supportive environment if I do say so myself. -6th floor walk up -Full cable, DVR and high speed internet. Quiet building. Cant hear NOTHIN up in our place. -Fire station literally across the street...so its safe. -$900 a month includes rent and all utilities. $1000 a month for couples. (**Willing to negotiate if you are concerned about the tentativeness about the duration) -Sorry no additional pets.
