OFFICE MANAGER - Part Time Role - ACCA South Eastern Europe, Bucharest We are currently recruiting for a Part Time role an experienced Office Manager to join our ACCA team in Bucharest. In this exciting and challenging new role you will be responsible for providing and facilitating a highly efficient business support service to the ACCA South Eastern Europe office including activities related to procurement, business continuity and ensuring smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the office. The post holder will provide guidance and support on key business support matters to the National Office Head where applicable and provide key support to the Regional Business Support Manager. The role requires collaboration with global groups within ACCA to ensure achieved outcomes are aligned with the work of a number of functions. Desired Skills and Experience - A degree qualification in Administrative Sciences or similar; - Experience of at least three years with a local or an international organization and good track record in the area of business support would be an advantage; - Excellent organisational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of computer MS applications - Excellent command of spoken and written English - A highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual who is able to work on his/her own initiative with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and work to strict deadlines - Experience of budgetary control and variance analysis - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision PLEASE NOTE: This is a Part Time Role.
