What’s in it for me: • Work for a leader in its industry • Excellent compensation package • Growth opportunity • Established business • Family oriented environment • Free parking In this role, you will be responsible for: • Managing the entire call centre operations • Supervise staff • Coordinate workload of each agents • Oversee workflow and implement changes • Recruit and select new incumbent • Train and coach new and existing staff • Review work performed by staff (QA) • Manage budgets and policies and procedures • Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will have: • 3-5 years of call centre management experience • Strong change management experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional leadership and customer service abilities • Strong process improvement skills • Ability to write policies and procedures • Superior business acumen • College and/or university degree • Bilingual French/English an asset • Flexibility to work odd hours (the call centre is open 7 days a week from 8am-midnight).
