OG.NR #Football: Tottenham Hotspur whipped Chelsea 5-3 in their London derby encounter at White Hart Lane as the Blues suffered their second defeat of the English Premiership season. Diego Costa gave Chelsea the lead with just 18 minutes on the clock, but Harry Kane equalised in the 30th minute before Danny Rose scored a minute before the half time break to give Spurs the lead. The home side were 3-1 up after Andros Townsend scored from the spot in minutes added on in the first half of the game. Eden Hazard grabbed one for Chelsea in the 61st minute, but Nacer Chadli scored in the 77th minute which seemed to secure Spurs victory at 5-2. Blues captain John Terry made it 5-3 to give Spurs a scare with just three minutes of normal time left in the match, but the home side held on for the victory. This sees Chelsea still at the top despite Manchester City securing their win over Sunderland. Both teams are on 46 points with the same goal difference.
