OK Day #1! Hope everyone is doing well. Here is the 1st team challenge. Everyone on the team must complete 7 min AMRAP of burpees ( for additional points!) Must be done at GSCF between now and Tuesday pm.. Here is the breakdown of the pointsEach day that you complete mobility/stretching after the WOD (must be done at GSCF) none of this “I did it at home”) add 3 points. So to sum it up. daily food log entry=15 point complete WOD = 3 points take fish oil = 2 points mobility = 3 points total daily points = 23 points Teams should encourage each other to earn as many points as possible to increase the team score!!! Team Challenge points Each week a Coach will come up with a team challenge. All teams will have the chance to complete this challenge When the team does the challenge does not matter but it is up to the team to communicate together to complete it. Your team will win additional points just for completing the challenge and can win bonus points for performance. Expample of a challenge could be as a team do the Hero Wod “Murph” or 100 burpees some time this week etc…. Points: a. Each team that completes the task will receive 20 points b. 20 bonus points are awarded to the 1st place team c. 10 bonus points are awarded to the 2nd place team d. 5 Bonus points are awarded to the 3rd place team
