OK Folks! It is late. I am sorry. Chrissy and I are trying to vacuum and fix up the empty house for me for the next 2 weeks. This is how it went down! The day started wonderful and optimistic and I walked the perimeter of the Property giving it all to the Lord and Thanking Him ahead of time for all He was going to do for us: keeping the rain away, having a great sale, and selling the house. It started out great, great weather, good crowd and the small stuff was going very well. They got to the sale of the House at Noon and thats when it went downhill for me! The Pressure was so bad and no one was wanting to do a serious bid. They had a $40,000 and $55,000 offer! REALLY!! As it turned out they finished the House Auction at $70,000 which we politely turned down. So at 1:00 the rain poured and I was so emotionally spent I couldnt take it. It rained so hard and the people who wanted to bid on the House Furniture was leaving before they were selling it. I thought we were totally done and the rest of the day was going to be a disaster. The rain did let up a couple of times, but came hard several different times. At the end of the day, the couple who had the main bid on the house, bought it. They came up and I came down to the VERY BOTTOM DOLLAR!! I was disappointed, but glad it was over. JUST to show you how big my GOD is, right when I thought it was a disastrous day, when we got the final total on the sale of the contents, the total we sold, EXCEEDED ANYTHING OUR WILDEST DREAMS COULD HAVE IMAGINED!! GOD KNEW that would offset the sale of the house!!! HOW good is GOD!!!! We will walk away free and clear and we will have broke even! We hope to close in 2 weeks! I said in May that I wanted the whole thing to be over with by Sept. 1st. How close was that!! GOD KNOWS!! So thank you to all of you who have put up with me these past few very difficult months and all your prayers and words of encouragement. You have touched my Heart in ways you couldnt even know! I have felt the love, strength, prayers and hope! I am sorry I didnt stay strong for everyone today. But GOD still showed up and I said and I DO GIVE HIM ALL THE PRAISE AND GLORY!!! THANK YOU LORD!! Thank you to my AMAZING FAMILY AND FRIENDS!! Goodnight to All!!
