OK Here,s what happened..Getting late, last minute idea on supper. Cook burgers. Problem,... frozen, premade, stuck together. Thought I would run water on them and pry them apart with a butter knife. You know that feeling when you think something is a bad idea.....well, right after that, the patties came apart and ended up showing the knife as hard as I could into my wet hand, between ring and pinky finger. Grabbed my hand immediately, but still saw blood everwhere. Nicked an artery! OK off to the ER. When the Dr. went to look at it, it sprayed her in the face! While she is trying to stitch, according to her, the worst place to try and stitch, blood is just running out. 1/2 in. deep laceration. Finally got me sewn up, but then I almost passed out. Then they come back and take 6 more vials of blood, because of the concern of blood exposure to the Dr.
