OK I have been here a few months now soaking up info. I have a 94 Lt1, stock. pretty well maintained and i am the 2nd owner. I want to do some work, some up grades. I am mechanically inclined but have never dove into anything this new. My last rebuild was 255ci flatty in my 51 merc. Time to get my boys into this world, not looking to do 10s in the quarter, just something we can say Hey, nice job and sounds great. So was thinking of top end, cam & exhaust. Read so so much on here about this, Hot cam, zz cam, Lt4 cam and swapping out my heads to lt4, 52 to 58mm throttle body, headers and Corsa, Magnaflow and Borla Ect... Thoughts, ?? gonna budget lets say $2500 to 4K, not concerned about re sale, or buying a c5 lol, this is something me and the boys can do, and pass it on to them, one day then they can go for 600hp or 9s in the Quarter And yes, i may drop the pan and give it a fresh up.Just looking for input from you guys & girls Thanks
