OK, I havent made a political comment in a long time but I cant hold back any longer. Also, I am sure my comments will likely warm the hearts of my conservative friends. As a veteran, and one who has worked closely through Hounds for Heroes with our current veterans, I am well aware of the pain and suffering they have experienced both on the battlefield, and in many cases, here at home as well. However, the current administrations dithering about what to do with ISIS/ISIL is both disturbing and downright scary. What more do you need to know about this group to take action - they murder anyone they chose, they are committed to the destruction of any society and religion that does not conform to their radical islamic agenda, they have beheaded an innocent American journalist as well as have crucified and murdered scores of Iraq and Syrian citizens and soldiers, and have threatened our homeland, Europe and the Pope! We are told by numerous confessional representatives and our President that we are a war weary country and that is the excuse they use to hold off taking any strategic action. I say BULLSHIT!!! This group poses a real threat to any number of societies and religions that we should be concerned about protecting! If boots on the ground are what is needed to deal with these animals then so be it, and please believe me I do not say this lightly! Mr. President show some damn leadership and rally this country behind a strategy that makes sense and will exterminate this group of terrorist maniacs!!!!!!!!!! By the time the next presidential election comes it may be too late to stop ISIS/ISIL, so step up NOW! OK, Ive said my peace.
