OK I know Ive expressed my dislike for charter communications before but today I AM FED UP!!! My entire day has been consumed by charter since 6:42am!!! First of all, the cable went out yesterday during the storm. We figured it was an area problem and they would have it fixed by this A.M. Turns out thats not the case. I called charter first thing this morning (6:42am) they tried to fix it over the phone which didnt work so they scheduled a tech to come out between 8-10. The guy gets here at 8:30 which I thought was great! He fixed the living room box to my Hubbys satisfaction and moves on to the bedroom box. Meanwhile Im feeding Gemma in the kitchen. Hes in and out to get wires and cords or whatever and comes out with a paper for me to sign. Oh that was quick thank you. I sign and show him to the door. Then I take Gemma out of her highchair and go to the bedroom to turn off the light. I notice that the guide is on the TV but there is no sound. I flip through channels and get black screens on every channel!! I cant catch him now hes already pulled out of the driveway. So I call charter to explain that the tech left me with no service in the bedroom! UGH! My frustration is building. She was super nice and helped me troubleshoot until we got service, but all the channels are very fuzzy. She says there is a problem and a tech must make adjustments and schedules someone to come out between 10-12. More waiting... Gemmas is ready for her nap but Im trying to keep her awake because she sleeps in my room, where the problem is. 10am comes and goes, 11am comes and goes, 12pm still no tech!!! And one FUSSY BABY AND ILL MOMMY!!! I lay her down and call charter AGAIN. After waiting on hold 15 mins I get a Im so sorry your tech is a no show, let me contact the area supervisor and I will personally call you back in 15 mins. Well that was an hour ago. Still no call back and no tech. #IHATECHARTER #chartercommunications
