OK.. Need to make a point here and get things straight before i get anymore messages... I PREPPED MYSELF!!!.. I DO NOT have a coach at this point or have had one since Omaha pro... It simply did not work with my last coach and i was done with him after Omaha.. Just two different opinions on how to prep.. I had Ifbb Pro Nadia Meyer be my eyes and sounding board for the last two weeks , this worked for me cause her and I have the same school of thought.. if its not broke , DONT f*ck with it..
