OK everyone here is my newest cancer update. I finished treatments (35 radiation and 3 huge chemo doses) about a month and a half ago. Had a Catscan and MRI a week ago and got the results today. The Docs say the cancer is all gone !!!! WOOHOOO!!! But I have had another issue that scared the hell outta me. A infection that spread through my jaw and into my throat. The pain is totally unbearable but not constant. And I have lockjaw again. I could swear the cancer was back but the Doc says its probly just infection of some sort from treatments and prescribed me anti-biotics. If it doesnt go away in 2 weeks he will do another biopsy. I still havent gained my weight back yet (unable to eat regular food by mouth) Still on the damn feeding tube. But I will gain all my weight back when I start eating normal again. Its been a long miserable recovery and its not over yet, but I wanna say without all of you and all the prayers Im not sure I would make it. THANK YOU !!! You are all way beyond great !!!!!!!! God bless and I love you all.
