OK folks, we have made great strides with this petition and I cannot express our gratitude to you for helping and supporting this. I have never done anything like this before but have learned so much! Part of that lesson is that when something works, why fix it! However, when DIFFERENT strategies also work, its time to move. We are trying an experiment whereby we create a petition for each state that undertakes consideration of Karis Law. As you all know, the State of Illinois has already passed this law as well as Suffolk County New York. Well, New Jersey has the law written and is being held a little too long in committee so Mark Fletcher started a petition for New Jersey only. PLEASE sign this petition. If we can deliver a stern hint that we are serious as a public then if we have to do this state by state we will. Lets tell New Jersey we are behind them on this law and look forward to seeing Karis Law enacted for the safety of the general public but most of all, those kids. If we are going to teach children to dial 911 for help then by God we better give to them .
