OK, i have to update the salad post from yesterday- i just made it and it was de-lish. I tweaked it a little- I have had a dirty cold for a couple of days and am at the mercy of what ever the fridge contained. So i made a slaw- with red cabbage, carrot, daikon radish, carrot, broccoli, capsicum, baby spinach, parsley, seeds, and some left over roast duck- shredded. Then for the dressing i used 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of maple syrup, tsp of grated ginger and the juice of a lemon (I like my salad dressings tangy!) What can i say- MAKE THE SALAD!! you will actually feel better for eating it!! ;-) My cold is pretty much history and i am ready for Fat Burner aerobics in the morning - 9.30 , 5 star gym thomastown. Perhaps you will join me??
