OK, now that Im calm down, here goes... have you ever had 45+ calls from the same person in an hour and a half? YES 45. I counted! Well I did today at work from some jerk calling for an employee who isnt here. I told him to call the person at home and he kept calling and calling and calling and calling insisting that I take a message. Im not kidding, one call after another. The non English speaking unbelievably rude jerk apparently didnt understand my English and got real mouthy with me calling me names and kept insisting that I take a message. Yeah, right, in the middle of my lunch rush with no busser and a packed house. My poor customers did not get the attention they deserved, but instead heard me answer the phone call after call in not a nice way, to say the least!!!! I would answer and hang up trying to keep our business line open for To Go orders and other business calls. Talk about pissed off! Through all this, by about the 20th call, on another line, I called dispatch for non emergency calls to report harassment, called Frontier to block the call and called the Nuisance Bureau of Frontier who said they couldnt do anything about it. He kept calling and calling and calling.Apparently I have to wait until the end of the day to activate this blocked call feature on my phone. The weird thing is the caller ID kept changing, first it showed the phone number from where the call came, then it showed Out of Area, THEN it showed our business number as the call coming in? Weird, weird, weird!!! Needless to say, about 45 calls later the jerk got tired of calling and the calls stopped.
