OK, so all this talk about small apartment or bedroom sized guitar amps got me thinking. Im blaming Troy Bell for this. I needed (not really) a smaller practice amp. Today I fulfilled that need and went out and got a small Fender Super Champ X2. What a beauty. All tube with a 10 speaker and a bunch of effects built in. What a badass little amp. a pair of 6V6s and a 12AX7 combine for gobs of tone. Not expensive and so far Im thrilled. I think this is a really good little practice amp for not much $$. No headphone out but has amazing tone at super quiet volume.. fender/en-CA/series/vintage-modified/super-champ-x2-120v/
