OK so the Park and Shop website states clearly that delivery is FREE over HKD500 spend. We always spend more than that. And we always have to pay. However, note to people in Pokfulam, Cyberport charges $50 for home delivery while Baguio branch charges $30. Come on PnS, get your policy right and train your staff properly so they all know what the company policy is. It is unfair to put them on the front line and have to deal with people who query the charges. I dont mine tipping the delivery guy but feel if it is mandatory the website should reflect that. By the way, were still waiting for the call back from the new manager at Cyberport!
