Launched in 2013, the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra is constructed of non-ferrous materials that is unaffected by the magnetic energy up to 1.5 Tesla(15,000 gauss). The balance spring of the Omega Aqua Terra is made of silicon which is anti magnetic. Another new material used in the 8508 is material Omega named Nivagauss, which makes up most of the movements staffs and some other small parts. The 8508 calibre is a co-axial movement with a power reserve of 60 hours and is COSC certified. Omega of Omega’s classier looking watch; it is housed n a 41.5mm case.
