OMG!! Check out this bike!! Its called an ElliptiGO bike AND its awesome! I have NEVER ridden a bicycle. Since having the stroke Ive used exercise bikes at the gym but have struggled keeping my right foot on the petal BUT now I just tried out Grants ElliptiGO, he was so kind to let me trial his and very patient with me and my poor balance ;) I felt like a kid riding a bike for the first time...it was fun and scary...but fun! :) (thank you to all the cyclists who dodged us on the track at Elwood beach) Its like running but on wheels. Yes, you ride it in a standing position, theres no seat AND great if you have a running injury and arent able to put pressure hitting the ground. I know so many of you runners who cant keep still while injured...maybe this is the way to go! They have a page too check them out ElliptiGO Australia & New Zealand I want to get one! But I think Ill need training wheels...maybe? :P ...haha Thanks again Grant! Youre a gem ;)
