OMG! I have a plumber working for me who constantly drives one of our work vans around with the fuel light constantly on, and he runs out of gas at least once a week. He keeps the truck running when he goes into the store to get some food or to get some gas. Today he was about to run out of gas so he pulls into a gas station leaving the truck running. while he goes to pre-pay for his gas he comes out and the truck is gone! Luckily another one of our plumbers was pulling up in another work van to get gas, and he saw the truck head onto I 95 SOUTH. There happened to be a policeman at the gas station so they told the policeman that the truck was just stolen. our lovely local keystone cop headed NORTH on I-95 chasing after the van in the wrong direction! The officer did realize his mistake so he radioed to other police officers, and guess what? They found the truck about 2 miles away on I-95 south, out of gas! The guy who stole the truck was gone but luckily the truck was recovered. Are you following me here? Me and my brother had to laugh about this whole story. We figure maybe thats our plumbers anti-theft deterrent system LOL! The reason we dont fire his ass is because he is a damned good plumber! And it all worked out in the end :)
