ON CRIME IN SOUTH AFRICA 1,448 POLICE OFFICERS WITH CRIMINAL RECORDS IN SOUTH AFRICA Beloveds, the Minister responsible for the police in South Africa , Minister Nathi Mthetwa, released statistics on Monday showing that there are 1,448 police officers with criminal records. This is very concerning,because 1) We have people with criminal records who are trying to chase after criminals 2) These police officers would be required by law to reveal any past criminal records on their employment application forms 3) If they did not do so, it means they are still operating with a criminal mentality 4) The fact that they managed to get through and get employed means that the background check either is not working or nobody cared enough to investigate 5) If workplaces are able to conduct better background checks than our own police force, there is a CHALLENGE with the police force 6) Minister Nathi Mthetwa, this is a SERIOUS ISSUE & we are praying for you, that the Lord will help you conduct a clean up of the Police force. The Bible says what can the righteous do if the foundations are destroyed.The foundations of the police force are definitely destroyed. No wonder South Africa is having a challenge with crime! We are praying for God ordained leadership that will address the issue of crime. SELAH!
