ON FAITHLESSNESS Not having faith in anything is the natural state of human beings , when a baby is born he or she is faithless , so faithlessness is not only natural but desirable, life is magic and mystery and we should let it be what it is , religion wants to reduce it to simple math, it does much harm to humanity in that sense, Teaching religion or Holy books to children is a form of child abuse , we are told that it is good to have faith and then faith has other categories , being faithful to your spouse , faithful to your family , tribe , country or ethnicity . Humanity has been in the clutches of religion for so long that we have become faith addicts , they say , you got to believe in something ! by something they mean replacing holy books with science or you must believe in constitution ,democracy ,medical establishment , educational establishment , legal establishment or Charles Darwin the list goes on , I am one proponent of faithlessness , you are closer to God when you are faithless , if you believe in faithlessness , you are more likely to be faithful , that is how we naturally are , dogs will go out of business if we were not , I do not want you to become licentious hippies but just give it a thought ! so remember that life is a mystery and magic and do not try to assume that you can explain the magic or reduce the mystery to sixes and sevens, a trinity or Prophet knew every thing ! even if we assume that Jesus and prophets knew every thing it is a fact that we dont...no matter how we try to explain it in reductionist sciences and bow before the orthodoxy of scientists , oh ! I forgot to mention that the scientist must have a seal of approval from the Govt before you bow in front of him.
