ON OIL: Hmmm. Oil. Our oil and gas cannot any longer be mined at globally competitive rates. I think our communities, our activists, Chatham, La Brea, Otaheite, Claxton Bay, Pranz Gardens, Savonetta, have saved this nation billions of dollars since 2004; and billions more in social, ecological, economic and financial assets. O, for creative, advanced corporate enterprises, beyond the oil-gas paradigm! ON ENVIRONMENT: Why do they keep calling me an environmentalist? I am not. I don’t have those credentials. I have given up on stopping the media from using that nickname. What we are saying is that ecological assets must be accounted for. I used to read my economics textbook hundreds of times, until I got to the graphs. That is where I am at. Economics without graphs. A corporate economics.
