ONE CASE which I followed closely and investigated was the Kae Davantes murder. I got really close to solving this case and unmasking the mastermind and the protector(s). Up to now, I feel for this case. It is on-going in court and the people being tried are the Decimo group. Im sure some of you followed this too. Im not sour graping that I was banned from that page. Im sure they had their reasons or persons to protect. After I was banned, this was the last post I made in my own personal page. I just want to re-post this for all of you to read. Up to this very moment Im convinced that there was a mastermind and hes out there laughing his head off. Kae may not get the justice that she deserves here but theres such a thing as DIVINE JUSTICE and when that person comes face to face with his Maker, he will have to answer for what he had done. Let us all take a moment to pray for the eternal repose of Ms. Kae Davantes. *** To all of us who believe that there is a mastermind in the Kae Davantes case the chances of proving it now is slim. Lousy police work. They stopped after getting the Decimo Group. This is a classic case of too many cooks spoil the broth. The glaring question is where did the NBI-NCR Division capture Decimo? He was not even with any one of his co-accused when he staged a robbery on passengers of a jeepney. Ben Ongs agreeing into a polygraph test in now remote. The case in now in court and the family seems dis-interested in pursuing that angle. He says he will leave for the States in his supplemental affidavit (the only substantial thing that was added so we wont be too surprised if he flies away to never never land). I had a long chat with Prosecutor General Claro Arellano and he was surprised of the revelations I pointed out, He PROMISED to talk to the NBI-NCR and Sec. Leila Delima about the matter. I also spoke to then former Deputy Director for Intelligence of the NBI Reynaldo Esmeralda and they will have a case conference soon after the Napoles hearing tomorrow. I talked to these two gentlemen this morning despite the arrogance of the administrators of Justice for Kae and my being banned. The only hope we have is when and if they capture the sixth suspect and reveals everything. The prosecution can now amend the charges and include the mastermind. Just like in the Vizconde Massacre, two persons were named. Dong Ventura and Joey Filart. Up to this point they have not been arrested because Alfaro misled the investigators and these characters are fictitious. I know who the two other participants are but its too late now. Is there really a Baser Minalang who was with the group? Or was it a woman who was with them and was their handler at the same time. I am giving hints for you to think deeply. To all of us, in all probability these suspects in custody will be found guilty of Robbery with Homicide and Carnapping. The mastermind will go scot-free unless one of them realizes the gravity of the punishment and does a Phillip Medel in court which can be construed as pure antics, theatrics and looked upon with cynicism and disdain. I am saddened, just like you, that the investigation went this way. Is the Kae Davantes case solved as the NBI said and hoped that She rests in peace? I say its far from over.
