Jesus Christ asked us to pray for our daily bread knowing fully well that we have need of future provisions.Many people ingnore this advice because we feel that we must provide for the unknown.Jesus lived one day at a time and had the most secured future.No man knows more than the God-man Jesus Christ.God created us and breath into us his spirit.God a spirit himself brooded over the dark,shapeless and dormant world into active and lively entity.God being superior and all potent granted us rational disposition such as our earthen cöntainer can carry but we regard the container more than the prime cöntent which is God.We have lost the power of God and we cannot do what Adam did when he was in full spiritul shape.He named all creatures,animals,birds etc and still remembered the names he gave to all.His pleasure was not in their ownership because he lived one day at a time.Gen 2:19-20.Today man is saddled with personal acquisition quest and no centre holds.Jesus was on earth at the time the rich and royal were indentified by their costly apparels,carts/wagons drawn by horses.Kings lived in castles and were served by royal guards.Jesus never cared for all these but was primarily engulfed in his heavenly assignment-doing the will of God.Today what matters most to believers is our earthly cönvenience.We tend to take cöntrol of our day to no avail.Jesus needed food,clothes,accomodation,cash to pay bills and none of these eluded him while he was here.God loves those obedient and trustworthy and their needs are met.While we can save for the rainy day, yet our rains come to fertilize our blöod- enriched soil.Brethen no more help others because they want to amass wealth for tomorrow.Let us help each other and increase our heavenly savings.Look around you, someone stretches out a hand for lifting.Help out ! Members of your family,your neighbours,applicants,widows,orphans are waiting for your preaching in practice.Christian tenets are waiting to be acted.Show those without that you have something within.Avoid scrubbing yourself while your brothers die in dirts.LIVE ONE DAY AT ATIME AND HAVE A LITTLE TO SPARE.It is all well, it is all love.Thank you.
