OPEN FASTING FOOD SAMOSA Filling: - 75 gr minced onion - 3 cloves minced garlic - 250 gr minced lamb - 200 ml water - 2 teaspoon curry powder - 1 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon pepper - 1 teaspoon sugar - 1 tablespoon minced coriander leaves - Oil Shell: - 250 gr flour - 1 egg - 1 teasppon salt - 50 gr butter melt - 75 ml water Directions: - Filling: sautees onions and garlic until fragrant, add in mineral lamb until slightly brown, pour in water. Add in salt, pepper, curry powder, sugar and flour. Stir until dry, add in coriander leaves, stir and mix. Drain. - Shell: put flour in a bowl, poke a hole in the midlle, add in egg and salt, mix well. Add in melted butter, mix it in and pour in water until soft and easy to mould. Prepare the shell and square it to 1 to 45 cm squares, with 3 - 5 mm thickness. Cut a long square, add in filling, fold into triangle form until the shell dough is finish. Apply flour in each corner, stick it with water, and try in hot frying oil in small heat until golden.. Drain. Your samosa is ready to serve.
