October 31, 2014 ALL BLOGS Re: Free Upload of The Chairman Album Dear Friends, Many thanks for your all the support we have received at the release of the Chairman Album. We have worked for many months to bring the content to you in a way that fans and critics alike can appreciate – both in content and in art. We had a slight delay in the release of the iTunes link, however the link is now live: bit.ly/theChairmanAlbum As we have done over the years, we try to keep you up to date on things happening in house so that both our businesses are sustained – As a blog you are sustained with fresh content and as a label with Artist Brands, we stay in business. For this to work, it requires a synergy and an understanding. We have noticed that in the 24hours that the link was not up, some sites have put up the M.I Album content for free. Some have gone as far as to put out the whole Album for free. First we should take time out to thank websites that have not joined in putting out M.I’s content for free. We applaud your integrity, as we all know music remains the Artist’s bread and butter. For those who have his content for free, we understand the need to give the fans what they are looking for, however we ask that you kindly replace the download links with iTunes links as they are now live (see above). Please, please support the cause. Please note, in an attempt to compromise, we will allow all blogs to carry the same content for free – Rich, Bad Belle and Bullion Van. Please limit to these three as these are the songs we will be pushing out for now. We will allow the infringing blogs 24hours to comply/support us. After this we will have to begin bringing down websites, which will be our ultimate and last resort. We have already sent mails to some of you and are hoping by this official letter you will assist us. May God continually bless the works of your hands, as you support ours.
