October 5, 2013 6:13pm Good evening. My world and my life is blessed. I started this day with my first fishing trip. While the skies were blue here, storm clouds rage in the life of a real friend, Melissa Moore. She lost her mother last night. Janie & Missy were friends with my late wife when I first started dating Teresa. They have been good to my family over the years and Missy has stepped in and helped me with the girl’s hair before and since Teresa’s passing a year ago. This evening, I know full-well the world is different for Missy. My own mother passed when I was just 23 and the world changed forever in that instant that my mother’s earthly love died with her when her car was crushed beneath an overweight coal truck. Now I am sure Missy is feeling the weight of the world and I ask for prayers for this family as they walk through the valley of the shadow of death. May God provide the comfort and strength they need to face the coming days. ()
