Office Admin - Part Time (bronx ) Growing technology firm in fairfield area is looking for an experienced person to handle incoming calls with prospective new clients and interact by phone with existing clients. This is not your ordinary technology firm. We represent individuals from all over the world who have a combination of issues. We have helped clients from more than 80 different countries. Some of our clients are trying to unify their family and are having difficulties with the authorities. In addition, we represent clients who would like to get out of a bad relationship with a United States Citizen but are struggling to do so because they are being threatened or abused, physically or mentally. The successful candidate for this position: 1) Has demonstrated experience with a professional services firm handling phone calls and screening calls from potential clients or customers; 2) Is available to work on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours a week Monday --Friday 9 a.m. -- 1 p.m.; and 3) Is detailed oriented and computer and email proficient. firm experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) also preferred. This position can be performed virtually; preference is given to those candidates who can come to Pasadena offices for initial training session.
