Often, criticism of another person’s spiritual model, comes from a place of I have evolved beyond that model, and you will too when you accept my model. I have been guilty of this too. But we have no idea where anyone else is on their spiritual journey or how their heart and soul is guiding them. Likewise, have no idea where we are on our own spiritual journey either, and wherever we think we are, it would be wise to assume we are at least 3 steps further back than we think. I believe that our learning and our wisdom comes from journeying deeply within, and listening to our intuition and acting on it. But that is merely my model! Other people have different beliefs and different models. When we are ready for another step in our spiritual pathwork, often the resource, or person, or conversation, arrives to help us. I dont think it is ever our place to assume responsibility for anothers spiritual evolution and seek to put them right, when nobody has a better model than another. Our job is to accept, respect and embrace each and all, and if we cannot, it is our own model that needs work, not theirs. - Brigit Goldworthy x
