So I call the lady that answers at the DMV and she says you have to come in to get an appointment. I repeated so you say I have to come in to make an appointment and then come back again with my son. So standing in line twice. Is this a joke or what. So I am a little annoyed. Anybody else have to go through this. Ridiculous right !!!
