Ohm Nama Shivaya! Pranams Dr.Subramaniam Swamy! Right from the day Podhu Dikshidar Saba filed their appeal in the Honourable Supreme Court in 2009, the TN Govt under DMK was dodging without filing its reply. The present AIADMK regime also tried its level best through other means. But how long can the govt dodge? The main reason for the TN government’s panic is that Dr.Swamy impleaded himself in the Chidambaram Temple case challenging Section 45 of the HR & CE Act 1959, by which, they appoint Executive Officers to Temples. After years, the case came up for hearing on 25 November and the arguments continued on 27 November too. After hearing the arguments, the Honourable SC has reserved the judgment and it is likely to deliver the verdict on 4 Deember 2013. Dr.Swamy personally appeared and put forth his brilliant arguments for more than two hours on both days.
